1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using Arion booking pages, you agree to these terms. Arion Booking is operated by PT Noethera Digital Indonesia (NIB 1506260009603), a company registered in Indonesia with domicile in Tangerang Selatan and Bali. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

Arion provides online reservations, public booking pages, a chat assistant, auto-confirmation (Smart Confirm), and optional modules such as Arion Grow. Features may change as the product evolves.

3. Account & responsibility

• You are responsible for accurate business data, packages, pricing, and policies shown to guests
• Keep login credentials confidential; activity under your account is attributed to you
• You must not misuse the service for illegal activity or spam

4. Guests & data

You, as the business owner, are responsible for guest relationships, cancellation, refunds, and guest data compliance. Arion processes data according to your operational instructions as the business controller.

5. Fees & subscription

Arion plan fees follow the Pricing page at the time of agreement. Non-payment may limit features. Subscription refunds are governed by any separate commercial agreement.

6. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.

7. Limitation of liability

Arion is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue from downtime, or user-entered data errors. Aggregate liability is limited to the prior month's subscription fee unless Indonesian law requires otherwise.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved amicably first; failing that, through competent courts in Indonesia.
