Why we built it
It started with a surf school
losing bookings in the chat.
A friend in Canggu ran a small surf school. Most mornings he was in the water teaching — and most afternoons he was scrolling back through WhatsApp, trying to remember who had asked for which slot.
Guests didn't leave because the lessons weren't good. They left because a reply came two hours too late, or the same slot got promised twice. The booking was lost long before anyone noticed.
Arion exists so that running a booking business doesn't mean living inside a chat thread.
