Arion AI replies inside your business WhatsApp thread — checks slots, helps pick a package, and confirms bookings without you needing to be online. Unlike the AI chat on your booking page (website only), WhatsApp Assistant runs on your business WhatsApp number. Both can run together. What is WhatsApp Assistant and how is it different from the AI chat on the booking page?

The AI chat on your booking page is active when guests open your booking page. WhatsApp Assistant is a separate add-on (+ IDR 100,000/month) that activates Arion AI on your business WhatsApp number. Guests who message your WhatsApp directly get an automatic reply, slot check, and can complete their booking inside the WA thread. Both can run at the same time.

Accept payments directly in the Arion booking flow — credit cards, QRIS, GoPay, OVO, and virtual accounts; all Xendit channels enabled automatically. Funds go straight to your business account; Arion does not hold funds. Status: coming soon — join the waitlist via pricing chat to be notified when it is available.

AI chat on the booking page answers guest questions, collects booking details, and can auto-confirm when a slot is available with no special requests. Owners only step in when needed.
