Question 1

Arion plans and pricing

Accepted Answer

Arion Starter $19/month (booking page + dashboard). Arion Assistant $29/month (+ AI chat and auto-confirm). Arion Grow $35/month (+ retention and re-engagement). Annual: Starter $182, Assistant $278, Grow $336 (save 20%). Enterprise: contact sales. One-time setup fee includes full onboarding. Indonesia-registered businesses qualify for local IDR pricing — confirm eligibility before signup.

Question 2

Is there a setup fee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A one-time setup fee includes full onboarding from the Arion team — booking page, packages, and integrations until everything is ready. Amount depends on complexity; explained during the free consultation.

Question 3

Can I switch plans anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. On upgrade, new features activate immediately and you only pay the prorated difference.

Question 4

WhatsApp Assistant add-on

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp Assistant is an Arion add-on (+ $6/month, available on all plans). Arion AI replies inside your business WhatsApp thread — checks slots, helps pick a package, and confirms bookings without you needing to be online. Unlike the AI chat on your booking page (website only), WhatsApp Assistant runs on your business WhatsApp number. Both can run together. Early access pricing — subject to change after the initial period. Contact the Arion team to add it to your plan.

Question 5

What is WhatsApp Assistant and how is it different from the AI chat on the booking page?

Accepted Answer

The AI chat on your booking page is active when guests open your booking page. WhatsApp Assistant is a separate add-on (+ $6/month) that activates Arion AI on your business WhatsApp number. Guests who message your WhatsApp directly get an automatic reply, slot check, and can complete their booking inside the WA thread. Both can run at the same time.

Question 6

What is Arion?

Accepted Answer

Arion is an online booking platform for service-based businesses — surf schools, spas, tours, rentals, barbershops, and dozens of other industries — in Indonesia and worldwide. Guests can chat, pick packages, and get auto-confirmation without owners standing by on WhatsApp 24/7.

Question 7

Payment Gateway add-on

Accepted Answer

Payment Gateway is an Arion add-on (+ $9/month, available on Assistant and Grow plans). Accept payments directly in the Arion booking flow — credit cards, QRIS, GoPay, OVO, and virtual accounts; all Xendit channels enabled automatically. Funds go straight to your business account; Arion does not hold funds. Status: coming soon — join the waitlist via pricing chat to be notified when it is available.

Question 8

AI Assistant on the booking page

Accepted Answer

AI chat on the booking page answers guest questions, collects booking details, and can auto-confirm when a slot is available with no special requests. Owners only step in when needed.

Question 9

My business is not a surf school. Is Arion suitable?

Accepted Answer

Yes — any business that depends on reservations and schedules: surf schools, tours, yoga, spas, villa activities. The Arion team adapts the workflow during a free consultation.

Question 10

Contact the Arion team

Accepted Answer

For demos, Enterprise quotes, or business-specific questions — use the Contact page or WhatsApp. The team responds during business hours.
